Ping continues to be one of the companies on the cutting edge of golf and you always know you are using the latest technology when you use their products. They aren't comfortable with simply following the masses and putting out cookie cutter clubs. The Ping G15 's popularity continues to grow at a staggering rate due to its appeal to a wide variety of players. It's one of our favorite clubs to sell because it will suit so many different player's swings. With it's larger face it is a very forgiving club and the difference between hitting off the toe or heel of the club vs hitting the sweet spot is not as significant as it is with other clubs.  The G15 is for players seeking longer distance off the tee and with an element of control and forgiveness. Probably the biggest highlight is new high balance point, the one that produces the higher launch and and increased MOI. The 460cc titanium head is longer front to back than its predecessor and features Ping's patented ultra thin crown technology which ultimately provides a boost in performance all the way around.  The weight savings from the thin crown coupled with it being positioned as an external sole results in consistently higher trajectories and reduced spin rates. Noting the reduced spin rate, this club will better suit the player who already has good "in air" drive carry but is looking for the added roll after the ball lands. This club may therefore be best suited for the power player in our opinion although it seems like players of all types are loving this club.
